Bok Tower Gardens

This is a very special place that blends the ecology of Real Florida with the beauty of masterfully designed botanical gardens and the history of “Old Florida” exploration, development and recreation starting in the early 1900s. Here you can see the work of famed American landscape architect Frederick Law Olmstead, blending garden and nature.

Bok Tower Gardens is located in Lake Wales, almost in the middle of the peninsula, about 60 miles southwest of Orlando, 70 miles east of Tampa and 150 miles northwest of West Palm Beach.

Most classes will take place in the Theater in the Welcome Center. Visit with sponsors and exhibitors at breaks and during lunch in the Magnolia Room and surrounding patio area. Enjoy our evening social in the reception area with historical displays and exhibits.

There is a lovely gift shop across the way, the Blue Palmetto restaurant where you can grab coffee and snacks, and your registration includes admission to the full garden, so be sure to carve out some time to wander among the easy paved walkways and enjoy this beautiful place.
