UPDATE FRIDAY OCTOBER 11 – AFTERNOON We are rescheduling the event to Wednesday & Thursday, October 30-31. We will be communicating details of setup for sponsors as soon as we have our new event layout. Bring your Halloween costume! Note: we have had questions about participating remotely. At this time, we don’t have a hybrid event option but we are looking into it for those who cannot travel.

UPDATE FRIDAY OCTOBER 11 – morning The Holiday Inn Express Lake Wales has announced closure until October 19 due to Hurricane Milton. As a result, we will need to reschedule our event.

UPDATE MONDAY OCTOBER 7 Seminar is scheduled as planned. If the event cannot be held Oct. 16-17 due to Milton impacts, it will be rescheduled, probably within 30 days. Please refer to cancellation policy below (included during registration process).

CANCELLATIONS Full refund less a $20 administrative fee when cancellation received before September 30th October 22. No refunds for cancellation requests made on or after September 30th October 22. In the unlikely event that the event must be cancelled, for example due to threatening weather, FANN will make every effort to reschedule the event. If you are unable to attend a rescheduled event, FANN will refund your registration fees. Cancellations must be made by Tuesday, October 22nd, so that we can process your refund timely and accommodate people on our waiting list.
